By accessing or using our platform you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

Your continued use constitutes acceptance. If you access the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm authority to bind that organisation.

The platform provides HR management capabilities including (but not limited to) employee records, time tracking, leave management and recruitment tooling. Features may evolve; deprecated features will be communicated when material.

Maintain accurate information. Safeguard credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access.

Paid features require timely payment. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust pricing with advance notice for renewals.

You retain rights to uploaded content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver, secure and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

All platform code, branding and original content remain the property of Simba HR and its licensors. No rights are transferred other than limited usage under these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks or legal compliance needs. Upon termination you must cease use; some obligations (confidentiality, payment due) survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenues or data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Venue and jurisdiction lie with competent UK courts, unless mandatory law specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified through the platform or email.
