Simba HR provides a cloud-based human resources management platform that helps businesses manage their HR processes, including but not limited to employee records, time tracking, and recruitment management.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Payment and Billing
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable. We may change the fees for any feature of the Service, including additional fees or charges.
5. User Content
You are responsible for any content, including personal information, that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Service. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Simba HR and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Simba HR, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
